In addition to traditional LASIK, Dr. Penrose also performs wavefront-optimized custom LASIK, a new type of laser eye surgery that allows him to correct patients' vision with more precision than ever before. For patients who are not LASIK candidates, Dr. Penrose offers PRK, a laser eye surgery that delivers results similar to those of LASIK.
As a dedicated eye surgeon, Dr. Philip Penrose also performs advanced forms of cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses (IOLs), such as Crystalens and ReSTOR. These IOLs help cataract patients see well at all distances and decrease their dependence on glasses.
